Have you been thinking about being baptised and taking the next step in your walk with Jesus? Come to the baptism class this Sunday, February 2 at 12:30pm in the Community room. 

Wedding Soup and Creamy Vegetable (dairy free) .  We'll be making Snickerdoodles for dessert. Order extra soup and share some with a friend or family member!

Remember Nhu
Praise God!  On January 23, 2025, a Kenyan higher court stayed the orders of the lower court which prevented the girls from moving into their  new homes.  After almost one and a half years, the girls are finally able to move in.  The house parents are making plans to move them which include filing paperwork to have the elementary children moved to a new school (those in high schools will stay in their same schools) as well as hire security guards to ensure the safety of the children, house-parents and helpers.  Please pray that the move goes smoothly.  Also, continue to pray for the final outcome of court case as it could continue for up to 12 months.

As many of you know, we are providing funds for the higher education of our Remember Nhu girls in Kenya.  I (Kim Williams) received this note from one of the house parents, and wanted to share it with all of you.  Thank-you for your faithful prayers and your generosity to these beautiful girls.

Join us for lunch and meet with Pastor Jim Souza on Thursday, February 20 @ 12:30pm in the Community Room. Bring a Sandwich, dessert and beverages will be provided.

The believers of the early church were deeply connected to one another, to God and to their purpose as followers of Jesus.  Do you long for this type of connection?  Are you feeling a little stagnant in your spiritual growth?  How do we live like those early disciples in our modern lives?  Rooted groups are meant to help you practice the seven foundational rhythms of discipleship within a small group.  Being part of a Rooted group will help you deepen your connection to God, the Church, and your purpose.

Rooted groups will be starting in January. You can sign up for a group based on your availability.
