Living Vine Community Church Communication Terms (SMS and Email)

These Communication Terms govern the electronic communications Living Vine Community Church ("the Church," "we," "us," or "our") sends to individuals ("you" or "your") who provide their contact information to the Church. By providing your contact information, you agree to these Terms. You may withdraw your consent at any time as described below.

A. Email Communications

  1. Consent. By creating an account, submitting a connection card, registering for an event, or subscribing through the Church's website, you consent to receive email communications from the Church. These communications may include newsletters, ministry updates, devotional content, giving receipts, and administrative notices.
  2. Frequency. Church-wide newsletters are generally sent weekly. Additional email frequency depends on the ministries, groups, or volunteer teams in which you participate.
  3. Unsubscribing. Each informational email includes an "Unsubscribe" or "Manage Preferences" link. You may use this link at any time to unsubscribe from a specific list or from all Church communications. Unsubscribe requests will be processed within ten (10) business days.
  4. Transactional Emails. If you unsubscribe from informational communications, you may continue to receive transactional emails necessary to administer your relationship with the Church, such as event registration confirmations, giving statements, and password resets.

B. SMS and Text Message Communications

  1. Consent and Opt-In. Living Vine Community Church sends informational, pastoral care, event, and emergency text messages to individuals who have opted in. By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in by web form, keyword, or paper sign-up, you consent to receive text messages from the Church at the number provided. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of attendance, membership, giving, or participation in any Church activity.
  2. Frequency and Rates. Message frequency varies based on the ministries and groups in which you participate. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  3. Opting Out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by texting STOP to 18705251934. The Church will also honor other reasonable opt-out requests, including replies such as QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT, or a request made by contacting the Church directly. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
  4. Help and Privacy. For assistance, reply HELP to any message, text HELP to 18705251934, or contact the Church at office@livingvine.church . No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
