BUILDING A PASSIONATE GENERATION OF GOSPEL BELIEVERS.
At our church, we believe every step of a child’s journey matters. As kids grow through Kids Ministry and transition into Youth Ministry, our prayer is that they will reflect the heart and character of Jesus at twelve years old (Luke 2).
We offer welcoming and age-appropriate environments for children from Nursery through 5th Grade, designed to help them know God’s love and grow in their faith.
To make your first visit even smoother, we invite you to pre-register your child for Kids Ministry. Pre-registration allows for a quicker check-in experience at our kiosks located in the lobby and outside the nursery. Of course, you’re also welcome to simply stop by – we’d love to greet you and get your family connected!
We provide nursery care for children ages 0–2 every Sunday morning. Our nursery is located on the first floor at the far end of the lobby, with simple and secure check-in right at the nursery door. While you’re in service, you can relax knowing your little one is safe, loved, and cared for.
Our Preschool ministry is designed just for children ages 3–5. On Sunday mornings, they’ll enjoy an engaging, age-appropriate environment where they can discover who God is through songs, stories, and fun activities. Our preschool room is located next to the nursery/check-in area in the lobby.
Elementary kids are invited to join Treasure Seekers on Sunday mornings in our 2nd Floor Kids Ministry area. This is a safe and exciting space where kids can grow in their faith, build friendships, and learn how to follow Jesus in everyday life. Just follow the red line in the lobby—it will lead you straight there!
Sunday Mornings
Childcare: Birth-2 years provided during the entire service in the nursery rooms on the main level. You can check in at any of the kiosks in the lobby or at the nursery room door.
Pre-K-5th Grade: You can check in your children at any of the kiosks in the lobby. After receiving your pickup label, you can take your child to the children's wing (upstairs) for an age-appropriate lesson.
At the end of service, parents will need to bring their labels upstairs to pick-up children from the children’s wing.
If you’re new to the church, stop by our Welcome Center. One of our friendly volunteers will help you register your kids, walk you through the check-in process, and provide your pickup label. Hold on to your pickup label - you'll need this when picking your kids up after service.
To drop off and pick up your kids for Treasure Seekers, use the stairway from the lobby to the Next Generation floor. Just follow the red line painted on the wall—it will lead you directly to the kids’ rooms.
Drop off and pickup for Nursery and Preschool will happen directly outside those doors on the first floor lobby.
For a quicker first-time experience, you can also pre-register your kids online before you arrive. Pre-registered families can go straight to one of the self-check-in kiosks in the lobby or outside the nursery to print labels and pickup tags.
After your first visit, you’ll be able to go directly to the kiosks for a quick and easy check-in each week.
Your child’s safety comes first.
We understand the trust it takes to leave your child in someone else’s care, and we don’t take that lightly. Creating a safe and secure environment is our highest priority. Every children’s ministry volunteer is at least 16 years old, thoroughly background-checked, and Safe Place trained before serving. You can feel confident knowing your child is cared for by trusted, prepared leaders.
Absolutely! We believe that parents are the primary faith nurturers of their children. You are certainly welcome to keep your kids in the service for all, or even part of the time.
There are 5 things that some parents really like to keep their kids in service for. They are: Communion - Baptism - Baby Dedications - Missions Speakers - Music
All of these are great times for you to keep your kids with you. The first Sunday of each month we typically celebrate communion. It usually happens as part of the worship time toward the middle of the service.
If you would like to take your kids to their classes after these you can just slip out of the service and escort your kids to their room(s). Just remember to check your kids in first so you'll have your pick up tag for when church is over.
If it's necessary for us to contact you about your child while you are attending a service or group meeting, our kids ministry team will send you a text. Please make sure your cell number is correct on your child's record when you check them in.
Absolutely! We encourage parents and guardians to meet the men and women serving with your children. Our leaders love building relationships with families and are always available to answer questions or offer support.
Yes! In addition to Sunday mornings, we host special events throughout the year—like Spring Family Day and Jingle Jam. Plus, every summer kids can look forward to Camp Sonshine, a week-long program held in various locations across the community.
Our leaders are caring men and women who genuinely love Jesus and are passionate about helping kids know Him, too. Just as importantly, we’re here to support parents and guardians along the way. If you ever have questions or need anything, please feel free to reach out. We want to build strong relationships with the whole family, not just the kids.
"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change." James 1:17
"I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth." 3 John 1:4
"And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near." Hebrews 10: 24-25
Throughout the year, we host a variety of special events designed for kids and their families—such as Spring Family Day, the End-of-School-Year Spectacular, the Fall Harvest Party, and our Back-to-School Bash.
Each summer, children also look forward to Camp Sonshine, a week-long program held at different locations across our community.
