Jim Souza

Jim, along with his wife, Dawn, and their three boys joined the team at Stow in October of 2022. Jim has 20 years of ministry experience, most of that being in ministry to students and families. Jim is passionate about unconditionally loving middle school and high school students to help them meet, know, and serve Jesus. Outside of ministry settings, Jim spends a lot of his time at his kids' sporting events. He also can be found playing guitar, hiking with his family, or watching a baseball or football game.
